Fire alarm servicing
To ensure the safety of your property, a comprehensive test of the fire alarm system and emergency lighting must be conducted every six months, as required by BS5839, Part 1, Section 6. After completing the fire alarm testing, we will issue a certificate to confirm your compliance.
We provide both six-monthly and annual servicing for fire alarms and emergency lighting. This proactive approach reduces the risk of false alarms and gives you peace of mind knowing your system is operating at peak performance. Our team also identifies any potential faults before they develop into serious problems.
Additionally, we offer weekly testing specifically for landlords, estate agents, and holiday accommodation managers engaged in block management, ensuring your safety measures are always up to standard.
